Our first training recordings are now available to purchase below. These two videos on domestic abuse and mental health provide a core training for any domestic abuse work and will take you through what you need to know about domestic abuse and its effect on individuals to support your work in counselling this client group. These were recorded by Jeannette Roddy, who provides theory and practical examples to bring the topic to life.

  2. the types of abuse that can be experienced

  3. examples of domestic abuse experiences that people might have

  4. the prevalence of domestic abuse.

Domestic Abuse and Mental Health - Part 2 is around 90 minutes long. It explores

  2. how understanding these different perspectives helps us to understand and work with a wide range of clients
